Chalet

I am from Pavlodar and came to Almaty to have a wonderful rest. On the 21 st of June this year I was in this restaurant (I remember even the time from 1 p.m. till 5 p.m.) Everything was excellent: surroundings, music, fhe way we were served. I ordered home-baked potatoes with mushrooms. The food seemed to me very tasty, especially mushrooms (I always enjoy eating them). But when we left the restaurant I feel sick. I went to the WC a lot of times. I felt nausea, had vomiting and diarrhea. It was awful. I fainted twice. Fortunatelly I was not alone, my husband was with me.And that day collectors of Halyk bank were working near, they noticed my bad health conndition and called a medical assistant.A young man came (though his working time ended). After asking me a few questions he gave me capsules and acyivated carbon, then introduced intravenously a bottle of salne. Only then I felt much better. While I was in the medical station, my husband went to the Chalet to say what happened. He returned, and a few minutes later a Chalet manager came. She asked me how I feel, spoke to some people on the telephone and then said that evidently I had problems with pancreas and the food was was too fatty to me. She advised to have a medical check-up. I should say that I am a healthy woman with a sensitive stomach. I know if I feel giddy, have vomiting and diarrhea after eating something which is not fresh, it means that I have poisoning. It was clear to me that the mushrooms were bad. She said that she feels sorry but did not offer anything useful. So, I went from this place with spoilt impressions.
My only thanks are for that young medical assistant whose name I don't remember unfortunately! I know that he is 26 and he is working there not long. I wish we had more such responsible competent medical assistants or doctors!
I didn't go to the court and didn't make any complaints. Let it remain on the conscience of the restaurant.
So, dear friends from the rest of Kazakhstan and abroad! If you choose Chalet, be very careful! The meat there is good, but as for mushrooms... Don't eat them if you dont want to have your stomach poisoned.
