I don't understand why on Earth someone would leave such negative comments to such an amazing restaurant inside the Grand Erbil. Being a new person in the city we fully enjoyed the tasty meals at this restaurant and can definitely recommend it to other travelers. I assume that their multiple competitors are posting fake negative reviews in order to undermine the business. Shame on site's administrators for not filtiring the reviews and allowing the biased reviews to appear on their site.

Once more, awesome hotel, wonderful meals and great staff!

Othchen kharoshi restaurant! Five stars! Right on Chef!!

Me and my hubby recently stayed at Grand Erbil Hotel so that we could be close to the airport in Almaty. Five stars to the very friendly and supportive staff and hotel shuttle driver! Rooms were clean and comfortable and hotel was very quiet, only soft and beautiful classic music in the lobby. Free and reliable internet. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Almaty without any hesitation. We appreciate all accommodations. Wonderful spa center included in affordable price. Water in swimming pool was very clean and of body temperature. The staff, again was multilingual, English , Spanish, Russian and Kazakh, also Turkish ( My husband has business in Turkey ). The food was very good, inexpensive and the menu was in English and Russian languages.

We saw a big group of people from China and India coming to the hotel and we were amazed how quick was the check in and how fast the staff helped the two groups to get into their rooms.

All I can say, Erbil Hotel is probably one of the best hotels in Almaty, and the only one that is within such close proximity both to the rail station and the airport.
